The Gamecocks beat the Tigers in their year-ending annual meeting for the fourth consecutive year, 27-17.  The Cocks went mono-white on the road, while the Tigers wore their standard orange-over-white home outfit.

Carolina wore their mono-red combo against Tennessee in a 38 to 35 win.  USC RB Marcus Lattimore suffered a horrific season-ending and possibly career-ending knee injury in this game.

In a Thursday Night ESPN game, Clemson defeated Wake Forest 42-13.

The Gamecocks lost to the Gators 44 to 11 in Gainesville, Florida.

#9 LSU 23, #3 South Carolina 23

The Gamecocks suffered their first loss of the 2012 season in Baton Rogue, LA to LSU 23 to 21.

#6 South Carolina 35, #5 Georgia 7

In a battle of unbeatens, the Gamecocks defeated the Bulldogs 35-7 in Columbia, SC.

The Gamecocks moved to 5-0 with a 38 to 17 win at Kentucky.

The Gamecocks defeated new SEC foe Missouri 31 to 10 to go to 4-0.

The Gamecocks defeated Alabama-Birmingham 49 to 6.

The Gamecocks improved to 2-0 with a 48 to 10 win over the East Carolina Pirates.
